Guidelines for Authors

1. Use British English spellings and grammar conventions
2. Use the Oxford comma (comma before “and” or “or” in a list) consistently
3. Capitalise proper nouns, titles, and headings
4. Capitalise the first word of a sentence, including after a colon
5. Use the day-month-year date format (e.g., 26 May 2023)
6. Write CE and BCE for Gregorian calendar and AH (After Hijrah) and BH (Before Hijrah) for Hijri calendar
